Rates

The loan officer gets wholesale rate sheets sent directly from the lender. Please email a request for rates, specify the date and we will email the best rate of that day. If no date is specified we will send today’s rate sheet.

Fees

We charge a $75 application fee that is collected at the closing
We charge $525 processing fee that is also collected at the closing
Bank and appraisal fees are per investor.
All other revenue generated is distributed per compensation plan
We also charge a $50 monthly software fee per Loan Officer.

Loan Programs

We have all the basics including FHA and VA 5 year Jumbo.
A 30 year fixed Jumbo up to 2,000,000 rates are 5/8ths higher than conforming.
And we will sign up with other lender's programs that any Loan Officer thinks can bring value to our Product Line.
